Do I need to be home for installation?
No, provided we’ve agreed on exterior access, power, and the design in advance. You do not need to meet the crew or come outside. We’ll confirm arrival details and send an update when the display is complete.
Can I book holiday decorating without lighting?
Yes. Porch and outdoor living decorating are available as standalone services. We design the look, supply the agreed décor, and handle delivery, installation, styling, removal, and storage. Roofline lighting is optional.
Which outdoor spaces can you decorate?
Front porches, entrances, covered patios, lanais, outdoor dining areas, and protected poolside seating areas. We plan around your existing furniture and keep walkways clear. Décor is selected for each location’s exposure; items that need shelter stay under cover. Furniture and tableware are only included when specified in your proposal.
What’s included in a seasonal package?
Your approved design, seasonal use of the lights and décor in your proposal, installation, testing, seasonal maintenance, January removal, and off-season storage. Exact items and any special access requirements are itemized before you book.
Do I buy the lights and decorations?
Our seasonal service uses lights and décor supplied and retained by Evermere Holiday. You enjoy the finished display; we handle removal and storage. Any exceptions will be clearly set out in your proposal.
How much does it cost?
Every proposal reflects the size of your home, roof access, lighting coverage, and decorating choices. Tell us your preferred budget in the planner so we can shape the scope around it. Your final price is agreed before scheduling.
What happens if a light goes out?
Contact us with the location and a photo if possible. We’ll arrange a service visit under your seasonal maintenance plan. Outdoor work and repairs are scheduled around safe weather conditions.
Can you work within our HOA requirements?
We can plan around guidelines you share, including approved colors, installation dates, and removal windows. Homeowners arrange any required HOA approval and gate access before we arrive.
When do installation and removal happen?
We agree on an installation window with you before booking. Removal is planned for January, subject to weather and community requirements. Submitting a request does not reserve a date; your proposal confirms availability and booking terms.
